Akuma99 Time Periods Indicator
As we approach Christmas and the mad present giving commences, I thought I would pass on a few small indicators I have dug up from the back of the closet that might help some with their naked trading. The first of those is a simple time periods indicator for the Metatrader 4 platform which simply let’s you place vertical lines to indicate when a month, week, day or hour starts. It comes in handy if you are looking for price bias on certain days of the week, trading session, or hours of the day.
Should I Close My Trade Before News?
I’ve done it, you do it, we all do it, close our trade before news because the Non-Farm Payroll is out in 10 minutes and I didn’t get payed by a farmer, so most likely neither did anyone else this month. The question is should we be closing our trades before news releases? Some clues on whether you should follow this commonly spruked rule lies in how you developed your trading system in the first place.
